Shipments

Where do we ship orders from?
All Astromo orders are shipped from Spain (Balearic Islands). We work with reliable carriers offering fixed rates, so there are no additional surcharges due to the shipping origin.

Shipping options and rates

- GLS Flexible shipping: 
Delivery within 24–48 business hours in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

Delivery within 3–4 days in nearby European countries.

The flexible shipping option allows small adjustments to the delivery point or time to optimize the route and reduce delivery issues. Two delivery attempts are included. If delivery is not possible, the parcel will be left at the nearest pickup point to your address.

- Tracked postal service (Correos España)
The order is delivered through the official postal service of the destination country (for example: La Poste, Deutsche Post, Royal Mail, USPS, Poste Italiane, among others).

        - Europe: 4–7 working days
        - Outside Europe: 6–10 working days

This service includes one delivery attempt. In case of absence, the shipment will be deposited at the nearest post office, following the standard procedure of the local postal operator.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond Astromo’s control.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout, based on the weight of the order and the destination country, once the shipping address has been entered.


Custom duties and international taxes

Shipping prices do not include possible customs duties, import taxes, or fees.

Any such charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

If an order is returned due to refusal to pay customs duties or taxes, we can resend it, but shipping costs will need to be paid again.


Returns

We want your experience with Astromo to be clear and fair. However, due to the nature of our products, some specific conditions apply.


Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to inform us of your intention to withdraw from the purchase, and an additional 14 days to return the product.


Exceptions and conditions

For safety and eye protection reasons, the following exceptions apply:

- Returns are not accepted for glasses that have been used, handled, or show any damage to the filter or frame.

- The glasses must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

Once the product has been opened or used, we cannot guarantee its correct performance or safety, and it is therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.


Damaged product or order error

If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@astromo.space within 48 hours of receipt, indicating:

        - Order number

        - Description of the problem

        - Clear photographs of the product and packaging

In these cases, Astromo will cover all costs and will proceed, as appropriate, with the replacement of the product or the refund.


Returns due to change of mind

If the return is due to a change of mind:

- The product must meet all the conditions listed above.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- Once the product has been received and checked, the item price will be refunded, excluding the original shipping costs.


Undelivered or lost shipments

To consider a shipment as lost, a minimum of 30 calendar days must have passed since the shipping date.

Once the incident is confirmed, the customer can choose between:

        - Full refund

        - Resending the order

        - Store credit for future purchases
