Total Solar Eclipse / August 12, 2026 / Spain / Free Entry
Certified Glasses for Solar Viewing
HOW DOES
AN ECLIPSE HAPPEN?
On 12 August 2026, a first total solar eclipse will cover a wide area of Spain, becoming an unrepeatable astronomical event. Another total eclipse will take place in August 2027, followed by a third in January 2028—this time an annular eclipse.
A total solar eclipse occurs when the Moon aligns and completely covers the Sun’s disk. This only happens at new moon and near the nodes of its orbit, which is why it is so rare.
Within the path of totality, day turns into night for a few minutes and the solar corona becomes visible. Outside this path, only a partial eclipse can be seen, and during all phases except totality it is essential to look exclusively through certified eclipse glasses.

PROTECT YOUR EYES
As if they were the only ones you have.
Let’s be clear: never look directly at the Sun—not out of curiosity, not even for a second. Your eyes are not built to withstand direct solar observation, and you could cause irreversible damage.
To watch an eclipse, or for any solar observation, you need special certified glasses that meet international safety standards—like ours.
Sunglasses, X-ray film, or that old welder’s mask you found in the attic won’t protect you. Don’t waste your time—or risk your sight.
Don't risk it!
Our glasses are ISO 12312-2:2015 certified and approved for solar observation.
OURGLASSES
With these solar glasses you will protect your eyes and safely observe the Sun during the different phases of the eclipse—always in short intervals and never for more than three continuous minutes. You can choose from four designs. Sold in packs of four.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Inspect before each use. Do not use if damaged, torn, punctured, or detached from the frame in any way. Do not use with other optical devices. This is not a toy. Children should only use under adult supervision.
Limit to 3 minutes of continuous use, intermittently over several hours.
When using this product, do not move around, drive a motor vehicle, or operate machinery. Do not use if you have any eye condition or after eye surgery.
WATCH OUT:
Never look at the Sun without special eye protection. When viewing the eclipse, always use eclipse glasses. Direct sunlight can cause permanent eye damage if proper precautions are not taken. Clean with a soft cloth. Do not use after 3 years.
